Carmen Baumeler appointed to project advisory board

The European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO) classification system is an instrument that promotes European employee mobility. The project’s aim is to analyse potential steering effects for EU Member States. It examines unintended consequences of ESCO on national steering instruments and standards of vocational education and training and potential effects on curricular design principles and processes.
