Filippo Pusterla (Dr. sc. ETH Zurich) is an economist with many years of experience in research on vocational education and training (VET) and higher education teaching. He is currently working as a senior researcher at the Observatory and as a senior lecturer on the BSc programme in VET at SFUVET. His main areas of interest in research and lecturing include the economics of VET, the youth labour market, international comparisons of VET systems and the impact of digitalisation on the labour market.
