Good practice in the validation of learning outcomes in Switzerland: The example of healthcare assistants

IBE has commissioned SFIVET to describe one good practice in the validation of learning outcomes and quality assurance of the validation process for the following qualification: Healthcare Assistant (EQF level 4).

This is a part of the Polish Project ‘Support to central governmental administration, awarding bodies and quality assurance institutions in implementing stage I of the Integrated Qualification System’ co-financed by the European Union.

Results

The aim of this project, which is part of a larger European project, is to create an online database of good practices enabling (Polish and other) certifying institutions to become aware of good practices in Europe and encouraging them to use different methods for the validation of learning outcomes and quality assurance of the validation process.
