SFIVET’s International Master Coach certification course taught once again in Singapore

Last week, the VET Academy taught SFIVET’s International Master Coach certification course to a new group of students at the Nanyang Polytechnics College in Singapore.

Twenty teachers from the Nanyang Polytechnics College completed the ninety hours of training required to learn how to better train others to work as apprenticeship trainers. Course participants from NYP College spend between 12 and 40 weeks in internships, where they develop practical skills. In order to make this training more structured and more efficient, future workplace trainers will learn from Master Coaches who completed their training at the VET Academy.

Taught by Emanuel Wüthrich, this certification course enables teachers to acquire the skills required to analyse work situations, to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, know-how and attitudes and to effectively ‘train the trainers’.
