SFUVET conducts employee survey at the Limmattal Education Centre employee survey

The Limmattal Education Centre (Bildungszentrum Limmattal) offers learners a comprehensive and diverse basic training programme covering the core fields of logistics, recycling and technology. As a competence centre for logistics, recycling and technology, the Limmattal Education Centre offers basic vocational training and higher vocational education and training, in addition to career-related innovation projects and interdisciplinary further training opportunities.

Following the reorganisation of the extended school management in summer 2023, the SFUVET Evaluation Unit has been commissioned to carry out an employee survey in spring 2024. This survey will cover the following topics, with responses gathered by means of an online questionnaire including both closed and open-ended questions:

  • Commitment and satisfaction
  • Participation
  • Communication
  • Working atmosphere
  • Management (various levels)
  • Workload/resources
  • Further training opportunities

The results will be presented to the school management and employees to form the basis of a group discussion.
