Room hire at SFUVET Lausanne
The Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training’s (SFUVET) premises in Renens, near Lausanne, are the ideal venue for meetings, seminars or events. The facilities are well equipped for both small groups and events with a maximum capacity of 130 people.
The following rooms are available for hire:
- Auditorium (max. 120/130 people)
- Seminar rooms (31 to 50 people)
- Training rooms (15 to 30 people)
- Meeting rooms (1 to 14 people)
- Breakout rooms (sub-groups)
- Library
The rooms are available for hire from SFUVET Lausanne from Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding SFUVET staff.
Requests for special use of the facilities in the evening can be made at SFUVET’s reception desk.
Our rooms have basic technical/IT equipment: visualiser, projector, speakers, multimedia rack.

In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply to services booked :
- one month before the event : no charges apply
- two weeks before the event : 50 % of the room booking charge
- one week before the event : the full amount of the services booked is charged for
