Miriam Hänni (Dr. phil) holds a PhD in political science. She has several years of experience in research and acquisition in various projects. Her research interests include the consequences of social and ethnic inequality for representation, the responsiveness of political elites, and the quality of democracy. She works as a Senior Researcher at SFUVET's Observatory for Vocational Education and Training. Her core areas of activity are monitoring trends and identifying challenges for vocational education and training and assessing the importance of the federal vocational baccalaureate in facilitating the transition to tertiary education.
